British Pakistani Boxer Amir Khan announces boxing super league in Pakistan. Last year, Amir announced this event to be held in Pakistan, but unfortunately it could not. Now this event will happen this year. Women will also perform in this event.

Basically this is a talent hunt, Many youngster will get a chance perform in this league. There will be 8 teams in this league whose names are : Islamabad Kings, Lahore Giants, Quetta Stars, Karachi Devils, Multan Thunders, Peshawar Warriors, Faisalabad Falcons and Sialkot United.

Every team will have six matches, in which five will be of men and one will be of women. Every match will have equal points.

Amir Khan conducted the same kind of event in neighboring country India, the event was successful. Now Amir wants to have this event in his home country to give chance to Pakistani Boxer so that they can show their skills on a big platform.

Amir said he will not bring any international boxer in this event, as he want to promote Pakistan’s talent by this event. He further said that the Championship of this event will be owned by WBC (World Boxing Council) and this league will provide participants to win a World Boxing Council’s belt.
