Qadri and Zardari Lashes out PML-N on Mall Road

Qamar Zaman Kaira, Asif Ali Zardari, Tahir ul Qadri and Raja Pervez Ashraf on Mall Road Lahore

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) along other opposition parties on Wednesday, stands on Lahore’s Mall road against PML-N and its reign.

PAT Chief Tahir ul Qadri was warmly welcomed by a huge crowd, which includes workers of PAT, PPP, PTI and some other political parties.

The session of the gathering is divided in to two parts, the first part was by Asif Ali Zardari and after maghrib Imran Khan took the stage.

The conscience of the country has awoken, Tahirul Qadri

Tahir ul Qadri started his speech by saying “The conscience of the country has awoken”.

He said opposition parties had joined this movement to present a united front against the PML-N. The gathering of all opposition parties and religious leadership, is the proof of the fact that Pakistan has awakened and its conscience has been energized.

“We are here to get rid of this modern day Mujeebur Rehman,” he said, in a reference to Nawaz Sharif. “And to keep the judiciary free, and to uphold democracy. and to uphold the sanctity of this country.”

Zardari lashes out at PML-N

Zardari recalled the words of Nawaz Sharif, that he claimed of being treated like Mujeeb ur Rehman, Zardari asked Nawaz: “Is it a matter of pride for him that he should be unfaithful to the land and be called a traitor?”

Zardari said, PPP will stay put effort to take these rulers out.

“What has happened to you?” he asked, addressing Sharif.

He said the PPP will take every step possible to take the rulers out for the sake of the country. He said Sharifs are not having any concern with Pakistan, “they only know what Jati Umra is”, the residence of Sharif family.
