Islamabad: The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar, has taken notice of the murder of a 4 years old girl Asma. CJP asked Inspector General KPK to submit a report in 24 hours.
After Asma’s death, the district nazim claimed that the girl was raped before the murder. However, there was nothing written about rape in her postmortem.
On other hand, District Police Officer Mardan Mian Saeed said that the girl was said the girl was garroted and there were no indications of rape in her postmortem.
The DNA report of DG Punjab Forensic said that the girl was raped before her murder.
Asma, the 4 year girl was murdered in a village Gujar Garhi of Mardan. Her dead body was found from fields on 15th January 2018.
