Anti Terrorism Court (ATC), found Imran Ali, guilty against the charges on him, has announced verdict in Zainab’s murder and rape case. The ATC handed him 4 death counts, one life time and 7 year jail term with fine of 2 million rupees.
The verdict of Zainab murder case was announced at Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore. The 4 death sentence were for raping, murdering, kidnapping and committing act of terrorism under the section 7 of Anti-Terrorism act. The life term penalty is along the fine of 1 million rupees. The ATC also announced a Seven 7 years of jail along fine of 1 million rupees for throwing the girl’s dead body in trash.
